Before we begin capturing your story, it’s important that we’re on the same page. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we kindly ask that everyone review and agree to our policies before the shoot. These guidelines cover everything from scheduling and payments to editing and delivery timelines—helping us create a beautiful, worry-free process from start to finish.
By setting expectations early, we can focus on what truly matters: preserving your story in the most authentic and heartfelt way.
Clients must provide at least 2 weeks notice to reschedule, subject to availability
and potential fees.
If the Photographer cancels, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded.
A non-refundable retainer fee amounting to 30% of the total package cost is required to reserve your booking. This amount will be credited toward the final balance.. Please note that this amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation, but it will be deducted from the total fee.
All payments, including the retainer fee, are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the Photographer is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made. No refunds will be issued for cancellations by the Client or dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation.
Any disputes will be addressed in good faith to reach a resolution.
