Before we begin capturing your story, it’s important that we’re on the same page. To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we kindly ask that everyone review and agree to our policies before the shoot. These guidelines cover everything from scheduling and payments to editing and delivery timelines—helping us create a beautiful, worry-free process from start to finish.
By setting expectations early, we can focus on what truly matters: preserving your story in the most authentic and heartfelt way.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
Clients must provide at least 1 week notice to reschedule, subject to availability
and potential fees. Cancellations forfeit the deposit, with additional charges for
cancellations within 3 days. If the Photographer cancels, all payments, including
the deposit, will be refunded. Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations
due to events beyond their control.
REFUND
All payments, including the non-refundable deposit, are final and non
refundable, except in cases where the Photographer is unable to fulfill the
agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client
will receive a full refund of all payments made. No refunds will be issued for
cancellations by the Client or dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation. Any
disputes will be addressed in good faith to reach a resolution.
